Gillian's been a dedicated part of the business since 1993. 

Collegiate Girls’ High School alumna, she also went on to obtain a National Diploma +Bachelor of Technology degree in HR and TQUK Level 5 qualification.

These 3 qualifications coupled with extensive experience in HR, enables her to contribute to the University of Cape Town’s HR courses, as a part-time Assessor.  

Gillian also led the TES / labour division of Personnel Network for over 20 years -managing the full payroll function including all HR/IR requirements in compliance with BCEA, LRA & the Motor & Metal Bargaining Councils. This broad skill base has enabled her to maintain a successful recruitment track record in a variety of sectors.
