Position requires for the person to do the following: Only applicants with a recent long term track record of having this expertise will be considered: 

Auditing: Create and maintain the system , process and product audit schedule.

Conduct system , process and product audits as per the schedule , document audit reports and compile required action plan.

Follow up audit findings and ensure closure of all required actions identified by due dates.

Assist in all aspects of IATF procedures , company adherence to system and procedures , system and procedure improvements and action against non adherence to QMS.

Distribute audit reports , action plans and schedule monthly management meeting to review findings and improvements.

Quality Documentation

1) Create the required Process Flow and coordinate the training of the document.

2) Create the required FMEA by means of a cross functional team and coordinate the training of the document.

3) Create the required Control Plan by means of a cross functional team and coordinate the training of the document.

4) Create the required PIS and ensure implementation and training to all employees.

5) Create the required Quality Alerts / Visual Aids and coordinate the training of these documents.

Problem Solving

1) Identify all similar processes / product that could be subject to same concern / complaint or non conformance.

2) Coordinate the required containment actions on all non-conforming incidents be it internal or external.

3) Coordinate the required root cause analysis on occurrence and non detection for internal and external non conformances , ensure correct team members included to result in effective root cause analysis.

4) Create and coordinate the permanent corrective action plan , follow up on due dates and ensure closure within due dates as defined during problem solving meeting / action plan documented.

5) Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken and coordinate the filing of the evidence and communication to the customer.

6) Coordinate the lessons learnt and close out the internal and external complaint / concern.
